Our 7.62 A-10 baffle used to take ~5 minutes to machine; now it runs in just 1 minute 38 seconds - and we’re pushing hard to hit 1:30 with new custom tooling. Fun fact! One Stainless Steel bar fed into the CNC machine cuts 78 baffles, thats roughly 2 hours and 7 minutes!
